For the past 30 years, Ronald McDonald House Charities (RMHC) of Eastern New England® has created, identified and supported our core programs which directly improve the health and well being of thousands and thousands of local children and families in the following communities Eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island.
Since it was organized in 1986, RMHC of Eastern New England has given grants totaling over $26 million to our core programs, children’s non-profit organizations and programs helping thousands of children and families throughout Eastern New England.

Every time you buy a Happy Meal in eastern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Rhode Island at participating McDonald’s, you are helping families and children in need. Local McDonald’s Owner/Operators make a donation from each Happy Meal sale to RMHC.

Ronald McDonald House Charities is dedicated to improving children’s access to the highest quality health care. For example, our Ronald McDonald Houses allow families to access specialized medical treatment by providing a place to live at little to no cost. The Ronald McDonald Care Mobiles provide high quality medical, dental and health education to those with the greatest barriers to accessible health care.
